Life at Toyota

At Toyota (GB) PLC (or TGB as we like to call ourselves) we're the sales and marketing functions for Toyota and Lexus in the UK. We have other head office functions so we can do business the way that customers love and support our Centre Network in the best way. We're dedicated to consistently delivering innovation and quality to our customers, we pride ourselves in the support we give to our people, supporting them to become the best they can be (in work and out of work) and enabling them to provide the best service possible to our customers.

Best Companies

Our dedication to improving the lives of both our people, their families and our customers is paying off. We proudly participate In the Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for survey and are always excited to hear the result and act on the data that It gives us. We’re proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work for in the UK consistently since 2015 and our people are genuinely proud to work for us.

It’s important to us that our people feel like one team. When you work for TGB you aren’t just a small cog in a big machine, you'll have access to lots of different areas of the business, carrying out meaningful work and making a real impact for the business and your colleagues, providing a service that customers love. Our supportive and Inclusive culture is underpinned by our commitment to coaching, with 1/7 employees qualified as a coach, maximising potential and supporting development, we've made access to coaching open to all.
