There will be an estimated time of delivery given to you once you order your car. However, this estimate will depend on a series of factors such as timely completion of the necessary documentation, we may already have your chosen car in stock or we may need to build it for you.

The car will be delivered to your chosen dealer, or in some cases, home delivery may be available.

We'll arrange for an inspection of your part exchange vehicle a few days before collection of your new Toyota.

If you bought your new or used (Toyota Direct) car online from toyota.co.uk and you're not completely happy with it, you're entitled to a refund, no questions asked. 

 

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your car on 0344 248 0189 (for new cars) or 0344 406 0288 (for used cars). The numbers are available from Mon - Fri, 10am - 4pm. You can also contact us via email at online@toyota.co.uk.

 

Provided the car has not been driven more than 250 miles and is in the same condition as sold with all the keys, accessories and V5 certificate, we'll refund you in full.

We'll inspect your part exchange vehicle before collection of your new car. The aim of this inspection is to confirm that the vehicles condition is consistent with the information you input when valuing it online. 

Access Toyota and Toyota AccessFlex are our Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) product plans. They give you the option and flexibility to change your car on a regular basis. You pay your deposit and a series of regular monthly payments and at the end, you can choose to either own and retain the car by paying the guaranteed future value fee, return the car at no cost or even purchase a new car by using your current car as part exchange that can be applied to a new finance agreement. Terms and conditions will apply.
