To cancel a subscription, open the MyToyota app, go to the Connected Service Centre, and select the service you want to cancel.

Log into your MyToyota app and go to Connected Services to see your subscription costs. If you haven't got an account, speak to your local dealer to find out more.

When your initial trial period ends, you can keep enjoying your Connected Services by choosing one of our subscription plans. We offer monthly, yearly, and 4-year billing options , so you can pick the one that works best for you.

Because Connected Services rely on mobile data, software, cloud systems, and ongoing maintenance, a subscription is needed to keep these services running smoothly in your car.

Yes - if you cancel your subscription, you’ll receive a pro‑rata refund. Your subscription will also stop automatically renewing at the end of the current term.
