Nice to 'E-Meet' you

If you’ve met the criteria required for the role you're applying for, for you, the next step is a virtual assessment. This could be one-way video Interviewing to help us get to know you and bring you’re application to life, personality profiling or psychometric testing to show some competencies that we're looking for, all depending on the identified criteria for each role.

Face to Face

If you met the online testing criteria identified for the role, we'll Invite you in to meet the hiring manager and someone from the People Team for a face to face chat about you, your experience and your interest in the role. Depending on the identified criteria for the role we might ask you to do some preparation before you come in, and then present this to us.

After the interview

A member of the People Team will be in touch with either an offer to join us or some helpful feedback. We receive a lot of applications and like to give everyone a fair chance, it’s important to us that we get the right people for the right jobs and that’s something you just can’t rush, so we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Recruitment agencies

Getting the right people for the TGB Team is crucial, so sometimes we enlist the expertise of selected recruitment agencies to help us out. The process is the same through an agency as it would be if you contacted us directly, but your main point of contact would be your agency recruiter rather than a member of the People Team.
