      Proace Verso is built with Toyota Safety Technologies including the latest generation of Toyota Safety Sense.
    2. Pre-Collision System with pedestrian detection
      Pre-Collision System can detect and help you avoid collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and motorbikes. It works by alerting the driver with audio and visual warnings and brake assistance. Additionally, Intersection Collision Avoidance Support and Emergency Steering Assist support in the day when turning at junctions and making evasive manoeuvres.
    3. Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA)
      The system recognises new speed limits along the driving route, suggests changes to cruising speed and helps to automatically limit the speed of the vehicle as necessary.
    4. Adaptive Cruise Control
      Toyota Safety Sense’s Adaptive Cruise Control keeps a minimum preset distance from the vehicle in front. If this distance falls, the system reduces the speed. If the distance increases again, it will gradually accelerate until the vehicle returns to your chosen cruising speed.
    5. Lane Keep Assist
      Lane Keep Assist system uses either the lane markings on the road ahead or the driving path of the vehicle in front to estimate its position on the road. If the vehicle begins to drift from the centre of the lane unintentionally, steering assist is applied to help correct its course.

      This function monitors the vehicle’s position within the lane and the driver’s steering operations in order to detect vehicle sway, which tends to occur when the driver’s ability to concentrate on driving deteriorates due to factors such as drowsiness, inattention or distraction. The driver will be alerted prior to instances such as deviating from the road.
    4. Blind Spot Monitor (BSM)^
      This allows you to manoeuvre more safely during lane changes. If the rear-mounted radar sensors detect a vehicle in your side or rear blind spot, a warning indicator illuminates on the appropriate side mirror. If you indicate to change lanes and a vehicle is in your blind spot, the warning indicators will flash.
    5. eCall buton in overhead control panel
      Intelligent safety
      For your safety the Proace Verso features eCall. Always connected, the system automatically notifies the emergency services in the event of a serious accident – or allows you to do so at the push of a button.
