1 The promotor of this promotion is Toyota Financial Services (UK) plc (“TFS”, “we” or “us”) of Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, KT18 5UZ.
2 In these terms, the following words have the following meaning:
- loyalty voucher means the amount set out in paragraph 7 of these terms
- new PCP agreement means a personal contract purchase agreement between you and TFS regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (“CCA”) for a new Toyotabranded vehicle manufactured by Toyota (GB) plc (company number: 00916634) which is entered into within 1 month of the PCP agreement being paid off
- PCP agreement means a personal contract purchase agreement between you and TFS regulated by the CCA for an eligible vehicle
3 These terms set out the circumstances when a customer entering into a PCP agreement will be entitled to a loyalty voucher.
When are you eligible for the loyalty voucher?
4 You can only be eligible for the loyalty voucher for a new PCP agreement if all of the following conditions are met:
4.1 You are aged 18 or older when you enter into the PCP agreement.
4.2 The PCP agreement relates to an eligible vehicle.
4.3 At least 12 months have passed since entering into the PCP agreement for an eligible vehicle before the PCP agreement was paid off.
4.4 The PCP agreement is/was not in default or terminated by TFS because of your breach of it.
4.5 The eligible vehicle has not been repossessed from you after the PCP agreement ended.
4.6 You have paid off the PCP agreement.
4.7 You enter into the new PCP agreement within 1 month of paying off the PCP agreement.
What is an “eligible vehicle”?
5 The following models of new motor vehicles are eligible vehicles: Aygo X Hybrid, Yaris, Yaris Cross, Corolla, Corolla Touring Sport, C-HR Hybrid, C-HR PHEV, RAV4.

The amount of the loyalty voucher
7 The amount of the loyalty voucher is detailed in the table below, per model. This can be changed from time to time by updating these terms or updating the website at: https://www.toyota.co.uk/current-offers/loyalty-voucher#faq.
The amount you are entitled to will be the voucher value available on the date you sign your PCP agreement.

How you can claim the loyalty voucher
8 If you are an eligible customer and you successfully claim a loyalty voucher then you can use that loyalty voucher when you apply for a new PCP agreement with TFS (see paragraph 9 for how you claim a loyalty voucher). The amount of the loyalty voucher will be applied as a deposit contribution to your new PCP agreement. The vehicle for the new PCP agreement does not need to be an eligible vehicle but it must be a new Toyota-branded vehicle, and cannot be for use as a taxi or a driving school vehicle.
9 To claim your loyalty voucher, please contact us. We will determine if you are eligible for the loyalty voucher and, if so, confirm with you and the supplying dealer the amount of the loyalty voucher.
10 There is no cash equivalent to the loyalty voucher. It cannot be transferred to anyone else. You cannot use more than one loyalty voucher for a new PCP agreement.
Other terms
11 If there are circumstances outside of our reasonable control, or where there is fraud, abuse and/or an error (either computer or human or a combination of both) which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, we reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion or these terms and conditions. But such amendment or cancellation does not impact you if you have entered into a PCP agreement.
12 The loyalty voucher remains our property and we reserve the right to take possession of this promotion and/or any loyalty voucher at any time.
13 If you claim a loyalty voucher, we will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice.
14 Nothing in these terms affect your rights as a consumer.
15 This promotion is subject to English and Welsh law.
