Powering every journey
To offer choice, the All-New Hilux will be available with multiple powertrains:
- As a powerful 2.8D engine paired with a 48V lithium-ion battery, incorporating an electric motor-generator and a DC-DC converter. With a 1-ton payload capacity and 3.5-ton towing capability, it delivers uncompromised performance alongside enhanced efficiency.
- As a battery-electric model for the first time, combining zero emissions at the tailpipe with everyday practicality, and off-road performance.
Both options will go on sale in June 2026.
In addition to this, a hydrogen fuel-cell electric Hilux is scheduled to arrive in 2028.

The All-New Hilux is tough and agile with a double cab body style and all-wheel drive to be adopted across the range.
A tough exterior design and improved sensory quality, are inspired by the new Land Cruiser.
The new model also brings more safety, and driver assistance features.
