Uninsured Driver Promise
If you make a claim for an accident that is not your fault and the driver of the other vehicle is uninsured, you will not lose your No Claim Discount with us or have to pay any excess. You will need to provide details of the other vehicle, including the registration, make, model, and driver details.

We will only repair your car with genuine parts† by Toyota Insurance Services approved repairers, looking after your vehicle with the utmost care, protecting any existing warranties.

Automatic Courtesy Car Cover

No Claims Discount Protection
We can protect your No Claims Discount from two years onwards at no extra cost. Each year you drive without claiming on your policy, we will give you an extra year of no claims discount. This could reduce the cost of your annual insurance when you come to renew.
Vandalism Promise
If you make a claim for damage to your car caused by vandalism, you won’t lose your No Claims Discount with us. The incident must be reported to the police and assigned a crime reference number, and the damage can’t have been caused by another vehicle. You will need to pay the accidental damage excess.

Transferring your vehicle is easy! We already have your details and the details of the drivers on your current policy, so all you need to do is tell us about the new car. Simply call us on 0333 103 9950 and tell us your registration number and we will update your car insurance policy and send you a new Certificate of Insurance.
You can cancel your policy at any time. Please contact us on 0333 103 9950, using Live Chat or by emailing us at service@toyotamotorinsurance.co.uk. Cancellation can take effect immediately or from a later date. Cancellation cannot be backdated to an earlier date.
Provided you haven’t made a claim, or one has been made against you, you’ll be entitled to receive a refund of premium less:
- a charge on a proportionate basis for the period of policy cover that you’ve already received
- an administration fee which is charged at cancellation as shown in the policy documentation and online

A no-claims discount is a discount you earn on your premiums when you go for a long time, normally a year or more, without claiming on your car insurance policy.
