Buying online FAQs

How do I pay for my car?

There is an initial deposit to pay for every car ordered. To pay the remainder, you can either pay outright either via BACS transfer or use our Personal Contract Purchase finance option. Both payment options are on the top of your order summary.

What is Personal Contract Purchase?

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), also known as Access Toyota, is a flexible and popular plan that provides you with the option to change your car on a regular basis. You pay your deposit and a series of regular monthly payments and at the end, you can choose to either retain the car through paying the future value price, return the car at no cost or even renew the deal by using your current car as part exchange against a new PCP car.

How long will delivery take?

There will be an estimated time of delivery given to you once you order your car. However, this estimate will depend on a series of factors such as timely completion of the necessary documentation, we may already have your chosen car in stock or we may need to build it for you.

How does the car get delivered to me?

The car will be delivered to your chosen dealer, or in some cases, home delivery may be available.

Is the valuation guaranteed?

We will inspect your part exchange vehicle before collection of your new car. The aim of this inspection is to confirm that the vehicles condition is consistent with the information you input when valuing it online. If the condition is consistent then the original valuation will be guaranteed. If there is a condition discrepancy, we will be in touch to discuss.

When does the part exchange inspection take place?

We will arrange for an inspection of your part exchange vehicle a few days before collection of your new Toyota.

What if I change my mind after delivery?*

If you are not completely happy you can return your new vehicle to the dealer up to 14 days after delivery, by following the process outlined below:

  • Please call customer services on 0344 701 6202 or email us at to arrange a return.
  • You must return the vehicle to your Dealer (at your own expense) within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
  • We will refund you the price you paid for the vehicle, by the method you used for payment within 14 days from the day on which your Dealer receives the vehicle back from you.
  • However, we may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the vehicle, if this has been caused by your handling of it.
  • If you have part-exchanged your old vehicle, we will repay the value we assigned to the vehicle as part of your purchase, less any payments we have had to make to clear any outstanding finance.
  • If you enter into a finance arrangement you should refer to your finance agreement about your rights to withdraw from or terminate your finance agreement.

Service plan available on all Aygo models ordered and purchased through Toyota Buy Online at between 5th May 2020 and 30th June 2021 inclusive. Service plan is valid for 2 years from date of registration of the vehicle or 2 services, whichever is sooner. Service plan includes: 1 intermediate and 1 full service in accordance with manufacturer’s service schedule (each 12 months/10,000 miles, whichever is sooner).
