Toyota Accident Care is available to all UK retail customers, regardless of how or when the vehicle was purchased.

 

Unfortunately, this service is not offered to fleet customers, as fleet providers typically manage accident support through their own dedicated processes.

This service is provided to all Toyota Customers at no charge, and there are no hidden fees. Our role is to efficiently advise you through the entire claim process. In cases where the accident is not your fault, we recover all expenses from the insurance company of the responsible party. Likewise, even if the accident is determined to be your fault there are no additional charges. If you have comprehensive insurance coverage, your only expenses may include any uninsured costs, such as the policy excess.

You should contact us immediately after being involved in a vehicle accident, regardless of whether it's your fault or not. Early involvement can help streamline the process and ensure a faster resolution.

We are here to help and support you following an accident; our motor claims specialists will arrange immediate recovery of your car to a place of safety, explain the claims process, discuss the available options if you’re are considered at fault or not at fault, and, if you need mobility, support you to arrange this. 

Prioritise safety. Ensure that everyone involved in the accident is safe, and if anyone is injured, call for medical assistance immediately. Exchange information with other parties involved, take photos of the accident scene, and notify the police if necessary. If you have the MyToyota App and your vehicle is compatible with Accident Assistant you can log this information under that section. Afterward, contact Toyota Accident Care for guidance.
