New Toyota Aygo X Hybrid Test Drive Challenge

Terms & Conditions

_{1.      Promoter
The promoter is SCC Toyota Group (“the Promoter”).}

_{2.      Eligibility}

_{o   Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who hold a full, valid UK driving licence.}

_{o   Employees of SCC Toyota Group and Toyota GB PLC may participate but are not eligible to win a prize.}

_{3.      Promotion Period}

_{o   The Test Drive Challenge runs from Friday 23rd January to Saturday 7th February inclusive.}

_{4.      How to Enter}

_{o   Participants must complete a pre-booked, no-obligation test drive in a Toyota Aygo X Hybrid at a participating SCC Toyota Group centre.}

_{o   One entry per person during the promotional period.}

_{5.      The Challenge}

_{o   Participants will attempt to achieve the highest average Miles Per Gallon (MPG) during their test drive.}

_{o   Average MPG will be taken from the vehicle’s on-board trip computer and verified by SCC Toyota Group staff.}

_{o   Routes, traffic and weather conditions will vary and form part of real-world driving.}

_{6.      Fair Use & Driving Conduct}

_{o   All test drives must be conducted legally, safely and in accordance with the Highway Code.}

_{o   Unsafe or abnormal driving behaviour may result in disqualification.}

_{7.      Leaderboard & Centre Winners}

_{o   Each centre will maintain its own leaderboard.}

_{o   The participant achieving the highest verified average MPG at each centre will be declared the winner.}

_{o   If the highest average MPG is achieved by an employee, the prize will pass to the highest eligible non-employee.}

_{8.      Prize}

_{o   One £100 gift voucher per centre winner, subject to availability.}

_{o   No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.}

_{9.      Winner Notification}

_{o   Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the promotion ending.}

_{o   If a winner cannot be contacted, the prize may be awarded to the next highest eligible participant.}

_{10. Data Protection}

_{o   Personal data will be used solely to administer the Test Drive Challenge in line with SCC Toyota Group’s privacy policy.}

_{o   Participants consent to their name, average MPG result and centre being displayed on the in-centre leaderboard.}

_{11. General}

_{o   The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary.}

_{o   The Promoter’s decision is final.}

_{12. Disclaimer}

_{o   WLTP MPG figures (70.6 – 74.3 MPG) are for comparison only. Actual average MPG may vary depending on driving style, route, traffic and environmental conditions.}
