Wellbeing

We take the wellbeing of our employees seriously and are incredibly proud of our Mindful Employer charter status which we acquired in 2020. 

This demonstrates our commitment to supporting our employees’ wellbeing, ensuring everyone can achieve an appropriate balance in life: initiatives such as our “wellness hour”, which encourages everyone to take some “me time” out of their working days once a month to pursue their own interests, serve to create a positive working environment.

We offer a calendar of wellbeing activities throughout the year to raise awareness and offer support on all aspects of personal wellbeing, whether this is physical, emotional, or financial.  

Physical wellbeing isn’t forgotten – in addition to employees having access to an on-site gym, yoga sessions are available.

Learning and Development

Your journey begins with an induction programme that will introduce you to the Toyota family along with online learning to get you started within TFSUK.

We have an annual training plan with scheduled training events throughout the year, ranging from Wellbeing workshops to Leadership and Management programmes. 

You will have access to online learning resources such as LinkedIn Learning and an hour each month allocated within work time to study.  Additionally, we have an ‘Experience for Life Fund’ so each year we can support you with up to £250 towards learning something new that is just for you.

If required, we will support your Further Education with an amazing opportunity to gain fully funded qualifications to support your current role, as well as future career and development with TFSUK.
