The Yaris GRMN is unique in the European hot hatch market thanks to a sensational supercharged 1.8-litre engine producing more than 210bhp.
All this power is delivered to the front wheels through a six-speed manual transmission creating ‘best-in-class’ times, both for the sprint from 0 to 62mph, and acceleration from 50 to 75mph in fourth gear.
Extensive testing on the Nürburgring’s Nordschleife and input from Toyota Gazoo Racing’s motorsport activities combined with a reinforced chassis plus additional bracing mean better traction and handling so the car hugs the ground more closely and ensure all its power is translated into a rewarding drive.
