Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2016 Hybrid Prius wonderful MPG I am very, very pleased with the new 2016 Prius. The smoothness and fantastic MPG is amazing. Far far better than my old five year old model. I am dissapoinred that having had the upgrade on the Sat Nav it has removed the safety camera option, this was something I was looking forward to and stops me giving a five star rating. The only other negative is the WHITE cheap looking mug holding area, cheapens the look of my top of the range Excel model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first hybrid. Very relaxing to drive but driving slower to help fuel economy is not appreciated by drivers following me. Keyless control is excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Car I took delivery of this car on the first of September. This is my second Prius it is up to my expectations and more. One small fault, the wipers are not automatic and for the price I paid compared with my Auris that had them, I am disapointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too many buzzers for my liking I have had several Prius car and have liked them all, for their space, fuel economy and reliability. However, there are a few dislikes in the 2016 model. My greatest dislike is the fact that it beeps continuously inside the car all the time you are in reverse - meaning you cannot hear the rear and side sensors buzzers well. I know I am in reverse! In my view it should be possible to turn off any of the internal buzzers. I have always found the rear view mirror electronic glare tool ineffective and would prefer an old fashioned turn down model. Whereas the last model had the rear seats level with the boot that is now not the case making it more difficult to put my electronic keyboard in the back. The manual is very badly written, particularly the poor index. Some of the gimmicks e.g. automatic main beam do not work that well. The charging pad does not work for my phone. Though love the DAB Radio.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Big improvement on last model Very much more fun to drive than Prius 3, with better handling, gadgetry and fuel economy (easy to top 70 mpg). Myself I like the sometimes criticised looks: several friends and onlookers have admired its streamlined sweep. Only criticism is the retained bar at the back, which hampers visibility to rear, and, like the Prius 3, will no doubt make the part of that windscreen not covered by the heater and wiper difficult in winter. Overall a very pleasing car, though, and a satisfying choice before the truer EV cars which will inevitably grace the roads with better infrastructure in ten or so years time.
