Terms and Conditions – February Sales Event
 

_{1. Eligibility}

_{The February Sales Event is available from 5th to 12th February 2025 at participating SCC Toyota Centres (Yeovil, Taunton, and Roundswell). Offers are available to retail customers only and are subject to stock availability.}

_{2. £1,000 Upgrade Incentive}

• _{The £1,000 incentive can be used as:}

  • _{A deposit contribution towards a new Toyota vehicle}

  • _{A discount off the purchase price}

• _{This incentive is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and must be applied at the point of purchase.}

• _{The incentive is only applicable to purchases made during the event dates and cannot be applied retrospectively.}

_{3. Finance Offers}

• _{Finance offers are subject to status and provided by Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC, registered in England with company number 02299961.}

• _{Terms and conditions apply. Applicants must be 18 years or older and a UK resident.}

• _{Finance options include Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), Hire Purchase (HP), and Contract Hire. Full details and written quotations are available upon request.}

• _{Vehicles must be ordered and registered by 31st March 2025 to qualify for any offers associated with the event.}

_{4. Part-Exchange}

• _{Part-exchange valuations are subject to vehicle condition, age, and mileage. Final valuations are determined by SCC Toyota and may require an on-site inspection.}

• _{Part-exchange vehicles must be delivered at the time of purchase to qualify for the agreed valuation.}

_{5. Road Fund License (RFL)}

• _{Customers purchasing vehicles and registering before 1st April 2025 will benefit from the current RFL rates. After this date, increased RFL rates will apply in line with government regulations.}

• _{All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.}
