These terms and conditions apply in respect of the Toyota Electrified Saving Offer, and apply to Customers (as defined below) who order, purchase and register an Eligible Vehicle (as defined below) during the Relevant Period Dates (as defined below) and who seek to claim the Offer (as defined below).
The legal entity responsible for the Offer is Toyota (G.B.) PLC (the “Promoter”) whose registered address is Toyota (G.B.) PLC, Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, KT18 5UX.
The legal entity and promoter responsible for the finance offers during the Promotional Period referred to within these terms and conditions is Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC (referred to as Toyota Financial Services) whose registered address is Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, KT18 5UZ.
In these terms and conditions, “We” or “Our” is a reference to the Promotor and "You" or "Your" is a reference to the Customer.
1. Definitions
The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions:
Customer(s) means the person ordering, purchasing and registering an Eligible Vehicle and / or the person applying for or entering into a finance product with Toyota Financial Services during the Relevant Period Dates.
Eligible Vehicle means any new Yaris, Yaris Cross, Corolla, C-HR Hybrid, C-HR Plug-In Hybrid, Prius Plug-In and bZ4X.
Online Sales Platform means Our online sales platform, at:
www.toyota.co.uk/buy-online/new-cars
Participating Centre(s) means all Authorised Toyota dealerships in the UK.
Relevant Period Dates means:
a) ordering an Eligible Vehicle from 1st October 2025 to 15th December 2025 inclusive (“Promotional Period”); and
b) purchasing and registering the new ownership of that ordered Eligible Vehicle by 31st March 2026 (“Registration Date”).
Toyota Electrified Savings means the discount applied to a new Eligible Vehicle as detailed in clause 3.1 of these terms and conditions.
2. The Grant
2.1 In July 2025, the Government announced the Electric Car Grant, which means the Promoter could be eligible to reclaim £1,500 for each retail sale of a bZ4X (the “Grant”). For further information please visit Electric Car Grant launched - GOV.UK.
2.2 The Grant is only applicable to fully electric vehicles. It does not include hybrid models, and therefore the Promoter can reclaim only in respect the bZ4X.
2.3 The Toyota Electrified Savings on the bZ4X models is inclusive of the Grant and no additional amounts will be payable by the Promoter.
2.4 If the bZ4X is rejected for the Grant, the Promoter will still honour the £3,750 Toyota Electrified Savings in respect of the bZ4X, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
3. The Offer
3.1 The offer is the discount off the purchase price of a new Eligible Vehicle ordered during the period 1st October 2025 to 15th December 2025 (inclusive) and registered by 31st March 2026 (the “Offer”), as follows:

3.2 During the course of the Promotional Period, the Promoter shall conduct a commercial review of the feasibility of a potentially similar offer to run after the Promotional Period. Any future offer and associated dates will be advertised in the same way as this Offer.
3.3 The Offer is available to Customers subject to these terms and conditions.
4. Finance Offer
4.1 During the Promotional Period, Toyota Financial Services is offering a financial promotion.
4.2 Toyota Financial Services finance promotion is available for its Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance product as the following offers:

4.3 Any discount from the purchase price available under the Offer may also be applied and used in conjunction with Toyota Financial Services finance promotion.
4.4 If You desire to take up Toyota Financial Services PCP finance product under this promotion You must be at least 18 years old and You will need to apply for this finance, the availability of finance will be subject to Your financial status.
4.5 Any Toyota Financial Services PCP finance agreement will be subject to full terms and conditions.
4.6 Toyota Financial Services advises that:
(a) Indemnities may be required,
(b) Other finance offers may be available but cannot be used in conjunction with this offer,
(c) This finance offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time,
(d) Mileage allowance of 8,000 miles per annum applies, charges apply for excess miles over contracted allowance,
(e) Vehicle ownership is available at the end of agreement if all applicable payments are made,
(f) Participating Centres are independent of Toyota Financial Services, and
(g) Finance offer available at Participating Centres.
4.7 Toyota Financial Services may pay the Participating Centre a commission for introducing You to them. Commission may be calculated based on either a fixed amount relating to the vehicle You are financing, a percentage of the amount You borrow, or a combination of both. Toyota Financial Services may also make other types of payment to the Participating Centres for introducing You to them. Any such amounts will not affect the amounts You pay to Toyota Financial Services under Your finance agreement.
4.8 Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

5. Eligibility
5.1 In order to be eligible for the Offer, You must meet the following criteria:
(a) You are a resident in the United Kingdom;
(b) You are a private retail customer – ie an individual;
(c) You are aged 18 years or over;
(d) You have ordered, an Eligible Vehicle within the Promotional Period; and
(e) You have purchased and registered an Eligible Vehicle by the Registration Date.
5.2 Upon redemption of the Offer, You confirm that You meet the eligibility criteria as set out in this clause 5.
5.3 We may require You to provide proof at any time that You are eligible to claim the Offer.
5.4 Should You cancel your order and then re-order an Eligible Vehicle, You must ensure that You re-order, purchase and register within the Relevant Period Dates in order to be eligible for the Offer. Failure to do so within the Relevant Period Dates will result in You not being eligible for the Offer.
5.5 The Offer is available to Customers ordering, purchasing and registering an Eligible Vehicle in a Participating Centre within the Relevant Period Dates or ordering, purchasing and registering an Eligible Vehicle via Our Online Platform within the Relevant Period Dates.
5.6 In the event you choose to cancel Your purchase of an Eligible Vehicle, the Offer will be forfeited and no refund or other sum in lieu will be given.
6. Limitations
6.1 The Offer is only available to You subject to these terms and conditions.
6.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the following are not Eligible Vehicles: AYGO X, RAV4 HYBRID, PROACE EV, PROACE City EV, PROACE City, Hilux, Land Cruiser, GR Products, Proace Verso EV, Proace City Verso EV, C-HR+ and Urban Cruiser.
6.3 The Offer is only available to private retail customers- ie individuals. The Offer is not available to fleet customers.
6.4 The Offer may not be claimed by a third party on Your behalf.
6.5 The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-negotiable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative is offered.
6.6 There is a limit of one Offer per purchase of an Eligible Vehicle. Each Customer may purchase more than one Eligible Vehicle.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, Our agents or distributors (including Participating Centres) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate You or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7.2 The Promoter shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under it if such a delay or failure results from an event, circumstances or cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including contracting third parties and other third parties) which shall include but not be limited to acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; epidemic or pandemic; terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions or embargo; nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom; collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; interruption or failure of utility services.
8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 The Promoter will only process Your personal information as set out in the Toyota GB Privacy Notice and to the extent necessary to administer this Offer.
8.2 Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information. Toyota Financial Services will use, store and share personal information for the purpose of providing and performing its products and services. Information about its use and handling of personal information, Your data protection rights and how to contact it is provided in its Privacy Policy.
9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or that You are going to breach these terms and conditions, the Promoter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend this Offer where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any participant or third party. No correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 You do not have the right to assign, transfer or sub-contract Your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.
9.4 The Offer is subject to availability of Eligible Vehicles.
9.5 No third party can enforce these terms and conditions
9.6 In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and any other terms related to this Offer, these terms and conditions take precedence.
9.7 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and You with respect to the Toyota Electrified Savings. These terms and conditions cancel and supersede any prior understandings and agreements between the Promoter and You with respect to their subject matter.
9.8 If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the parties agree that such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
9.9 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
