Dear Sir,
I received my first copy of Toyota In Front magazine after recently becoming the proud owner of a ’91 MR2 T–bar.  I bought my car from your dealer in Hemel Hempstead and the level of service there was magnificent.   Having read your article ‘Attention to Retail’, I am very impressed by this new breed of showrooms.  Being a salesman myself, I know how pressured customers can sometimes be made to feel and so wanted to congratulate Toyota for improving what was already one of the best customer service experiences I have found.
