"Indestructible", "magnificent" and "remarkable" all words used by Mr R.J. Wooton to describe Betty, his nineyear old Toyota HiLux pickup. Mr Wooton, an architectural antiques dealer from Sedgely, says that Betty has never broken down, despite clocking up 270,000 miles while carrying an incredible 6,000 tons of period pieces across Europe. The HiLux still has all her original parts, even though she is driven constantly by Mr Wooton as he zips between stately homes and period mansions to deliver his ornaments. He even feels that Betty does not look out of place parked next to the classic marques owned by many of his wealthy clients.
