Having a car accident can be one of the most stressful experiences a motorist can endure.  To make things easier for you, Toyota has created a new, free service to deal with the consequences.  Toyota Accident Assistance is a service unique to Toyota customers which takes care of all the major headaches: by calling a 24 hour freephone number, customers are assigned an incident manager who will organise the recovery, repair and return of your Toyota – all to the highest standard with the minimum of hassle.

The service ensures that the little things are taken care of at a time when you most appreciate the help.  The knock-on effects of an incident are catered for.  Messages can be passed on to family, friends and work contacts, and a courtesy car will be provided if necessary.  The incident manager will also help with the insurance claim and any other paperwork.  Should the car be unsafe to drive after an accident, the incident manager will contact a Toyota Approved Repairer to make arrangements for it to be recovered.  If the damage just amounts to a few scratches and scrapes and the car is safe to be driven, they will arrange a convenient time for the repairs to be made.  All you need to do is remember the Toyota Accident Assistance freephone number, 0800 246 834.

To support this innovative new programme, Toyota is offering readers a free Toyota Accident Assistance pack.  This includes a disposable camera to record the scene of an accident, a leaflet containing a checklist of things to remember, and forms on which you can capture all the information which your insurance company will need.  In Front has 100 packs to give away.  To receive one call 0845 275 5555, or collect one from your nearest Toyota dealership.
